Based in Dubai, I've been lucky enough to be closely involved in unique projects that challenge established notions of development. Working in such a dynamic region provides a steady stream of ambitious projects, and our clients consistently demand that we push the boundaries.

At Halcrow we approach every project with a strong belief that it's possible to find solutions that benefit all involved - no matter how complex they seem. We've set this at the heart of our processes, and it helps to define the way we work.

My job never feels like work. I've found myself at client meetings at 2am or working late on a project, enjoying every minute of it. My passport has never been out of action for long. I've worked all over India, the UK, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Jamaica and the Maldives.

I love coming back to the office with loads of new ideas and photos of the places I've visited to illustrate the things I've learned.
