Urban planning, ME
Much of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other cities' startling growth has taken place seemingly overnight, placing strain on their nascent infrastructure.
Our urban and regional planning team in the Middle East is engaging with private developers and government agencies across the region. We promote links between well-conceived planning strategies and economic strength: urban and regional development gives rise to small and medium-sized enterprise, and financially secure communities support high-quality urban development.
The Middle East is a dynamic region, built on a free-enterprise initiative. Our challenge now and in the future is to deliver a sustainable built environment with integrated transport and infrastructure - a complex task, but one we are approaching with enthusiasm.
Dubai is a great place to live and work. Year-round sun and excellent quality of life mean that many of us came with an intention of staying only a couple of years and have never left. Our team is mainly expats, so we've all experienced the challenges that come with emigrating. A long way from home, we've established a new family dynamic in the Middle East.
